It has been some time since we last updated you all, and I think it's time for an update!
After four days, the pool was finally filled. To be considerate of our neighbors' water pressure, we opted not to fill it at night. The pumps are currently running to maintain cleanliness, but Mark will relocate them once the deck is completed. The entire 31,000 gallons are now in the pool!
With the pool filled, it was time for the next phase of the project... The Dock!
Mark has put a lot of thought into every aspect of this dock diving deck to ensure it is functional for you. In addition to the ramp and the main dock, he has opted to include a mini dock on the side for novice dogs looking to progress to the next level. The initial posts have been installed!
As he meticulously measured each post, ensuring precision in every step, the importance of accuracy in this initial phase cannot be overstated. The meticulous attention to detail during the framework construction sets the foundation for the entire project. Any errors in measurement could lead to significant rework, causing delays and additional costs.
Despite the long hours and minimal rest, his dedication to the project remains unwavering. The commitment to seeing the project through to completion drives him forward, fueled by the anticipation of the final outcome. Each carefully placed post signifies progress towards the realization of his vision, motivating him to push through the challenges.
His enthusiasm for the project is palpable, evident in his unwavering focus and determination. The thought of the finished product, with each post perfectly aligned and the framework sturdy and secure, keeps him energized and eager to overcome any obstacles that may arise. The combination of meticulous workmanship and unwavering passion sets the stage for a successful and rewarding project completion.
As the project gradually takes form, the anticipation builds with each delivery that arrives right on schedule. The long-awaited Ramp has finally made its grand entrance, adding a significant piece to the puzzle.
Alongside it, the AR rig, a crucial component, has been successfully delivered and is ready to be assembled. The unexpected but heartwarming visit from Blaine, a familiar face from the past, brought a wave of nostalgia and support to the team.
Eager to contribute, Blaine wasted no time in rolling up his sleeves and joining forces to tackle the intricate task. Despite its seemingly straightforward appearance, the assembly process proves to be more complex and challenging than initially anticipated. The collaboration between the two men, fueled by camaraderie and a shared determination to see the project through, highlights the power of teamwork and dedication in overcoming obstacles.
Mark still has a ways to go, but will continue to put the frame work on this beast. It's hard to believe not but a few weeks ago this was an empty space... Now we have the makings of a true pool house!
Our event planning is in full swing, with the official dates set for August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. We are thrilled to share that our list of vendors is expanding rapidly, promising a diverse and exciting range of offerings for our attendees. Additionally, our partnership with the RV park, which will be offering exclusive discounts to our customers throughout the year, adds a special touch to the overall experience. Furthermore, we have secured a talented photographer to capture all the memorable moments during the event – more details on this will be revealed in due course.
With the logistics falling into place, we are now turning our attention to the intricate details of the event setup. The anticipation is building as we delve into the schematics and commence the construction of what we fondly refer to as "the beast." This phase of the planning process is crucial in ensuring that every aspect of the event is meticulously organized and executed to perfection.
