When I began waterfowl hunting in 1985, I was introduced to the role that the retriever played.  I decided I wanted one of my own to train.  I trained my first retriever at the age of thirteen with the help of fellow hunters.  He was a classic beginner trained dog.  He was a companion, learning experience, and helped lead me  where I am today.

Since, I have become very knowledgeable about training the Hunting Retriever.  The duty of training a retriever has become a passion of mine.  Many waterfowl hunters want a trained retriever but do not have the time, knowledge, or equipment to do so.  I am committed to helping these hunters have that edge that they long for.

All client retriever training is concentrated toward hunting rather than running the Hunt Test and Field Trial circuit.  However,  I have been a member of the Hunting Retriever Club Organization since 2000.  I am also an active member in the Cajun Hunting Retriever Club.  I donate my time to the club as Web Master, Forum Administrator, Event Photographer, and Club Reporter.

I am committed to training all retrievers to be great hunting companions and something to be proud of.  I use the dog’s natural desire and drive to produce some of the finest waterfowl retrieving tools.  Please tour the site to learn more about my Gun Dog Program.
